  • Catouri Sales Consulting Group is flexible in how we work with our clients. Depending on the goals and the needs of the group or individual our consultants can work with you in person, on the phone, via web conference, or a combination of the above. We understand that the schedule of sales professional is busy and every changing and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. 

Do I need a sales coach?
  • This question comes up a lot, the best way we can answer this question for you is through a complimentary consultation. Essentially, you came to visit this site for a reason, didn’t you? How long are your programs?
  • The length of our programs varies depending on the needs of the client. CSCG provides 1-2 day seminars, speaking engagements, and assessments but mostly we work to effect long term change with engagements spanning 3, 6, 9, 12 and 18 months. There is flexibility on the timing requirements based on need after the assessment and evaluation period.

What is Sales Accountability?
  • Sales Accountability, in its simplest of definitions having an action plan tied to measurable goals, behaviors and outcomes. Lastly but most importantly, pending the success or lack there of recognizing and owning the responsibility of what transpires after said plan, measurements, and metrics have been established and enacted.
